Baytree Bistro & Bar holds a special place in Retford, and for our owner, Gemma, it's a dream realised. Having worked here for the previous owner, Gemma developed a deep passion for ensuring Baytree remained a welcoming hub. When the opportunity arose, the previous owner, recognising her dedication, entrusted the bistro to her, knowing she would uphold its spirit as a place for everyone to enjoy.
